Prompt and rapid service
My 60" Samsung TV had a defective T-con board and after a web search I found that the part was being sold at TVPartsGuy.com. After reading the online reviews, I ordered the product online and used my credit card to pay. I selected Free shipping as I am on the east coast. To my surprise the product was shipped by 2 day USPS priority mail from California within a day of placing the order on 1/9 (Sat) and I received it in 1/13. I replaced the board in my TV and it was back to normal. Very much impressed with their prompt service and upto e-mail notification with a tracking number. Will definitely use them again if I need to.
