Good Part and Customer Support
I purchased this part for my Samsung 6003 series and I spoke with the Staff (Josh) and he was very help full in troubleshooting the issue with my TV. After I received the part and fixed on TV, They went through step by step with me over the phone as the main board was set to demo mode and i had to change it to home mode. Great part and great customer service experience, even way much more better than Samsung support.
