I phoned customer service a few days after receiving the tcon board. The board I ordered was smaller than the original. The delightful woman told me it's always better to order by part number rather than make and model number, she told me where the part number is located. I had called in the morning and did not have the tcon board with me, so I said I would call back later with that information. I called back the same day about 10 minutes before you close. No one answered the phone and I did not leave a message. About a minute later I was pleasantly surprised to get a call back from one of your male representatives. He was very helpful and polite. I gave him the information from my tcon board and he gave me the correct part number for my television(LJ94-16471D). Then he asked me what was my tv doing. I told him it had a double image and lines. He asked is the image bouncing around and are the lines horizontal or vertical. I said the double image is bouncing around and there are horizontal lines. At that point I was informed that the problem was not my tcon board but the LCD Panel. You guys are great, I will definitely keep you in mind and tell others of your great service.
